Sales Professional - Madison Avenue

Children's clothing brand with retail boutique located on the upper east side (905 Madison Ave) is hiring full-time.

We are looking for a well-spoken sales professional to lead in-store and online sales and customer relations.

Job responsibilities include:

Providing quality service to an upscale clientele: You must be able to communicate clearly and easily understand the customer's requests in order to efficiently fulfill their needs. A desire to impress a customer with your natural sales ability should be your goal.

Communicating with customers by phone and email: You must therefore know how to communicate professionally by email as well as speak clearly by phone.

Problem solving: You must be quick on your toes and find solutions to potential issues. Looking for resolutions versus simply letting the customer walk away should come naturally to you.

Customer relations: You should enjoy building relationships with customers and follow up with the VIP’s on your list.

Organizational skills: It is imperative that you are an organized person with extreme attention to detail.
