APPAREL PRODUCTION MANAGER

MASONgrey is seeking a production manager to be apart of our growing team! If you aren’t familiar with us, MASONgrey is a luxury loungewear line that doesn’t make women choose between feeling comfortable and feeling sexy. MASONgrey is now sold in Nordstrom and on Shopbop.com and is loved by influencers. Made out of a delicious “cloud fabric,” our pieces cater to every body type and are made right here in Los Angeles. Looking for someone that can deal with the ups and downs of a small buisness. Put in 110% effort to see the company grow. 

  Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with all aspects of production from design and development to production approvals and P.O. management. 
• Must have reliable transportation - this role involves traveling to factories to pick up materials ( use company truck )
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and written skills with initiative to follow up 
• Knowledge of quality control 
• Knowledge of EDI and Shipping to retaliers
• Positive attitude and a team player to help build our growing company! 
• Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment 
• Proven track record of operating independently, maintaining organization, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects stimultaneously 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage entire development process including, but not limited to costing, sampling, construction, color, manufacturing, fit and final approvals
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure deliveries are on time
• EDI and shipping retailers
• Act as a liaison between factories and MASONgrey to ensure production is running smoothly and schedules are on time 
• Order materials and trims, and check material as well
• Receiving Inventory
• Knowledge of qaulity control
• Purchasing trims
