As a Designer, you will be responsible for the design process and execution of seasonal research, concepts, merchandised categories, and finished product lines on point, on time, and that support brand objectives. 

What You Get to Do:

Design apparel as well as accessories 

• Build theme boards based off current and, more importantly, future trends that are informed by your knowledge of consumer culture, high fashion and streetwear.
• Build detailed tech packs from scratch, including technical instructions and construction.
• Communicate with off-site design resources in a timely, clear and concise way. Be prepared to clearly and effectively answer questions and present work in a sales meeting environment. 

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

A Bachelor's degree in Design, or related experience, plus 4+ years of design experience required. The ideal candidate should submit a relevant portfolio of various apparel and outerwear designs. It should also display a knowledge of color and streetwear trends, the taste level for prints, patterns & graphics, as well as a strong knowledge of skateboarding culture, and excellent Illustrator and Photoshop skills. 

Qualifications: 

• Good organizational and communication skills
• 4 Year College Degree: Preferred with training in Fashion Design/graphic design
• 4+ years in the apparel industry in fashion design and
• Must have extensive knowledge of garment construction
• Ability to travel overseas to factories to troubleshoot & expedite production when needed
• Expert technical skill proficiency using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task competing priorities to meet deadlines
• Give concise feedback to overseas vendors on how to adjust garments
• Ensure production samples and bulk are to our specifications & needs.
• Technical knowledge of fabric and garment construction.
