Office Manager - With many hats

MASONgrey is a small women owned business in the heart of the valley! We are a B2B and B2C company. We make women’s loungewear right here in LA. We don't make women choose between being comfortable and stylish. We are a small but mighty team.

Looking for a hard working, self sufficient and great team player to be our office manager. This position is in Van Nuys and will have the occasional drive for errand’s or pick ups.

This position will have their hands in every department. The office manager knows about EVERYTHING going on in all departments and will assist those departments when needed. Every day is different especially for a small business.

Some Daily tasks include:

  • Creating and packing orders
  • Customer service
  • Cut tickets
  • Inventory
  • Paying bills
  • Labeling
  • Assisting with cost sheets
  • Assist with samples
  • Photoshoots
  • Coming up woth ideas for more efficient flow
  • Drive sprinter for occasional pick ups
  • Manage sample room
  • Shipping retailors
  • Working with EDI
  • Sales
  • Events

Must be comfortable with the drive to Van Nuys. Must be comfortable driving a sprinter van when needed. Must be able to multi task and complete tasks in a timely manner. Must be organized!!
