CTL Testing Coordinator

Ariela & Associates International, is one of the largest privately held intimate apparel companies in the US, located in the heart of the NYC garment center. We are seeking a CTL Testing Coordinator to facilitate the Walmart testing process for our garments. The successful applicant will work closely with our Arkansas office to submit standards to Walmart buyers, and track the approval process. This person will be responsible for maintaining our tracking logs with up to date status reports while working with our Production and Merchandising group to receive all changes in fabric, pattern and color and sheparding them through the approval process.

Specific responsibilities of this position are as follows: 

1. Receive and log in CTL testing samples daily.
2. Follow up on submitted testing samples
3. Fill out and submit CTL production paperwork
4. File approved garments
5. Track our testing/failure rates
6. Track our testing expirations
7. Maintain updated testing requirements for our customers

The successful applicant will have the following skills:

1. 1+ years experience in a garment production environment, prior experience working with Walmart and/or CTL is required.
2. Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
3. Excellent detail orientation, with the ability to prioritze in a changing environment.
4. Strong communcation and written skills.
5. A BA or Associates degree in a related field.
