Account Executive

Swim USA is looking for an Account Executive to join our team. If you think this position would be a good fit for you, we’d like to hear from you. Please note all applicants must be vaccinated for COVID.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage existing accounts while expanding the revenue and profitability
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retailers
• Identify new profitable business opportunities
• Develop strong and effective relationships with internal cross functional team members
• Become an expert on all internal and external systems to maximize performance
• Analyze selling and react to performance while capitalizing on available inventory
• Partner with VP of Sales to identify, execute and maintain seasonal strategy by key account
• Identify line item opportunities and share with Merchandising
• Maintain and monitor incoming orders and outgoing shipments daily 
• Conduct key account site reviews to ensure product is represented and optimized
• Research and pattern key competitors in the marketplace

Desired Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business or Fashion Merchandising)
• 3 or more years of experience working at wholesale experience in Women’s RTW
• Experience working at a major retailer is preferred but not required 
• Must be proficient in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Must have keen understanding of “Retail Math” (VMT reports, sell-through and margin), Blue Cherry knowledge preferred 
• Must have the ability to take initiative and respond proactively 
• Must possess excellent verbal skills
• Willing to travel as necessary
