Bailey Apparel is a rapidly growing apparel and accessories company. We specialize in graphic tees, printed fashion tops and embellished accessories ranging from hats, bags and socks to slides, flip flops and more. We are a fast paced fun company that caters to the mass market retail community nationwide.
The successful candidate for this position will be an organized, articulate, detail oriented, resourceful, flexible and a problem solver who takes ownership and responsibility of tasks . Someone who can act independently or as part of a team as required by the circumstance. They must possess the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside business partners.
You must be a good verbal and written communicator understanding the appropriate tone for the circumstance always keeping in mind who the recipients are and what their relationship is to the company. You will need to be able to reorganize your day to attend to the executives’ needs, and to be able to put matters into priority order on your own with a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
