DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION MANAGER - Accessories

Design Develop Manufacture.  

You will play a pivotal role as product development and production intermediary between the Factories, Sales and Customers. You will bring your problem solving and organizational acumen to our team and evolve our standard of excellence. 

Experience in Accessory manufacturing preferable. Candidate must be knowledgeable with MS Excel, Word and Illustrator. Knowledge of Visual and photoshop software is a major plus. Candidate must also be capable of handling multiple projects at one time and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The accomplished individual will possess... 

• Bachelor’s Degree or an AA from an apparel or design specific school plus experience
• Minimum of 3 years Product Development and/or Production experience

Job responsibilities are:

• Product development 
• Factory correspondence
• Production management and flow of orders
• Pricing and quotes
• PP and Top approvals
• Working with accounts testing and compliance requirements 
• Working with team members to make sure products meet the customers packing and shipping requirements. 

Location: Petaluma or Los Angeles
