Sales Assistant and Coordinator

Beach Lunch Lounge is looking for a Sales assistant coordinator with sales assistant skills to perform:  assist sales, order allocation, customer follow up, brand support etc.     

Strategy & Innovation

• Assist sales with the development and maintenance of tracking line sheets. Monitor and analyze sales by style and by customer on a weekly basis; analyze customer purchase histories and current sales records to identify sales trends and suggest potential actions to account executives.

Operations & Results

• Track and update regularly the status of POs, shipments, inventories and ATS; accept, input, track and follow-up on orders in the system
• Responsible for the workflow of order management, allocation, and picking.
• Update ATS for weekly send out and return requests
• Collaborate with internal teams including Production, Design, Operations, and Planning
• Experience in EDI Order Processing
• Manage booking trade shows & travel for sales
• Knowledge of ERP – Exenta / Simparel  / Joor is a plus

• Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
• 2+ years related experience and/or training in wholesale apparel sales
• Proficient in Excel
• Minimum 2/3 years’ experience required in order processing in apparel business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with high personal integrity and energy
• Ability to learn quickly regarding company and work independently in a fast-paced environment
