PRODUCT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Overseas the management and organization of all production purchase order’s issued by country and brand

• Work closely with V.P. of Sales on the completion of costing for final buys

• Organize weekly touch base meeting with management to review current production standing and any outstanding issues

• Track all incoming WIP containers to ensure deliveries are met

• Review and approve overseas MBI weekly booking status of incoming production purchase orders

• Proactively stay on top of all incoming (WIP) production po’s  across all countries to ensure ontime delivery

• Review all open PO reports within 2 weeks of X-factory dates 

• Reconcile past etd reports

• Checking in and tracking TOP samples against design specs and bulk swatches

• Work closely with QC to ensure all quality issues are communicated to sales and reflected in the system

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication, multi-tasking, organizational and follow-up skills

• Strong verbal & written communication skills

• Experience working with factories across Asia & in different time zones

• Computer proficiency; Excellent in Outlook, Excel (& Pivot) , Powerpoint, Word

• Simparel/Extena experience preferably

• PLM experience a plus

• Minimum of 7-10 years apparel/sourcing experience preferably.
