PRODUCTION (Front to Back end) - Sept 1 to Mid Jan

Primary Kids is in need of a product development contractor for the following dates Sept 1 through mid January. 

• Work with design /merch on fabric architecture based on line-plan
• Send out R&D package based on allocation strategy
• Follow up on R&D fabrics, trims etc
• Flash costing for sketch/details review
• Work with oversees partners on fabric sounding and end quality
• Sample Yardage Management
• Participate in tech pack hand off to ensure proper allocation and follow through on any product development issue or concerns.
• Sample management and tracking:
• Manage bulk production submits:
• Order Marketing/Photo Shoot samples

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in product development
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to multitask
• Strong analytical and decision making skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to interact with others and resolve conflict within various levels of the organization
• Must be able to perform efficiently in a high pressure, fast paced environment
