- Manage all road sales rep(s) and report to President
- Expand dept. and chain stores (domestic and international)
- Fully manage all account relationships with department stores & major chain retailers
- Possess an extensive network, contacts with key buyers and GMMs
- Travel to regional markets
- Strengthen the brand market share
- Experience in working with and planning business strategies for continuing growth
- Analyze and utilize sell through, to make recommendations
- Knowledge of fashion and market trends, business environments and competitors
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
