Sales Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and direct Sales Team (Sales Manager, Sales Associate, Interns) on day to day operations involving the business.
Maintain communication between sales team and buyers, specialty, and department stores; all accounts, invoices, and correct any discrepancies.
Consistently organize, update inventory, and uphold standards among the sales team; lookbook printing
Actively research and develop PR advertisements for new opportunities with other stores for PA’s, shows, and special events).
Develop account and fabric projections for new seasons; work with the design team.
Organize any relevant documentation and scheduling to prepare to deliver the collection internationally; work with both the design team and clients.
Always think of ways to grow the team and business – always maintain an open mind about how to enhance the team and business to be highly successful.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field of Business, Marketing, Fashion, or Finance.
Minimum: Previous 2 years of experience in the fashion industry or similar business field.
Working knowledge of Apparel Magic, Retail Pro, and Retail Anywhere.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which may require evening and weekend shifts.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven exceptional customer service, selling, and clientele performance.
Ability to represent the brand to the retail team and take ownership for individual performance.
Must have authorization to work in the United States.
