Given the growth in our wholesale business, the Blanc Noir team is seeking a full-time Sr Sales Admin to assist the VP of Sales and all national sales agents. Our sales executives are leaders within this dynamic segment of the apparel industry.  This role involves assisting the VP of Sales to build relationships, manage accounts, set sales goals, collaborate with the product development team, and continue to grow an established business. 

The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit willing to go above and beyond to achieve goals and objectives.

This position reports directly to the VP of Sales.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • In conjunction with the VP of Sales, establish and implement short and long-term goals and seasonal plans.
  • Responsible for assisting the VP of Sales with seasonal projection buys to support and grow the brand’s boutique footprint while also supporting the growth of the brand’s “key item core business” for in-season opportunities with majors.
  • Assist the VP of Sales in managing Available-to-Sell stock while minimizing excess inventory risks.      
  • Assist the VP of Sales in collaborating and partnering with key accounts to build strong relationships to grow the business.
  • Assist the VP of Sales to develop new business in non-traditional channels.
  • Proficiency in both the JOOR and NuOrder platforms is required to adhere to the responsibilities associated with this position.  The VP of Sales is dependent on information derived from these platforms.
  • Assist the VP of Sales in communicating with and supporting the needs of the Regional Sales Agents aligned with the Blanc Noir brand for specific Domestic Territories.
  • Assist the VP of Sales to coordinate with the Blanc Noir visual support team to manage deadlines to provide product imagery for seasonal collections and SMU programs for Major Accounts.
  • Assist the VP of Sales to utilize retail sell-through information to identify opportunities.
  • Receive, steam, and merchandise seasonal collections to maintain and uphold an organized/elevated professional environment for the Blanc Noir brand.
  • Domestic Travel is required for Trade Shows and Product Launch meetings.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and hosting ZOOM sales presentation meetings. 

‪Skills and Experience:

  • The list below represents the knowledge, skill, and ability required for success at Blanc Noir:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in the wholesale apparel industry with sales experience in the Contemporary Market.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical business acumen for the apparel industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of retail math.  Ability to run analytical reports for business analysis.
  • Exceptional presentation skills to senior-level executives and buyers.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  
  • Ability to work remotely if and when needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree; business degree preferred.
