We seek a highly talented Graphic Designer. This position reports to the Senior Graphic Designer and is located in Gardena, CA. Our location will be moving to Torrance, CA in June 2021. All qualified candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Ability to understand and work within an established design style guide to create consistent, on-brand visuals.
  • Follow and maintain brand identity characteristics, typography, photography, color etc. 
  • Create corporate support materials and brand pitch decks. 
  • Learn and leverage knowledge of our customers and company KPI’s to assure we are creating optimal assets.
  • Design eblasts, PR materials, advertising and other print and digital marketing collateral.
  • Take ownership of projects from concept through production.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
  • Be an inspiring, energy giving member of the team. Be positive. Be proactive. Be curious.
  • Consistent market and creative research to bring creative innovation to the table.
  • Ensure high standards and quality assurance across all work produced so that it is cohesive, consistent, and on brand.
  • Create templates and design systems that can be shared and used by designers and non-designers alike.
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing, sales, and merchandising teams to develop strong, cohesive creative concepts that engage customers and drive sales.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably e-commerce experience, fashion experience a plus
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong knowledge of digital photography and image manipulation.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, advertising, and using design to drive a response.
  • Has a marketing-first mind-set. Is creative but also business-savvy.
  • Basic copywriting skills-- able to write the first draft of copy for ads and marketing materials and collaborate effectively with copywriters.
  • Process driven individual who is able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Positive attitude and no ego, a team player.
  • Someone who is ready to roll up their sleeve and support the team with a ONETEAM mentality.
