Operations Assistant - Wholesale

We are looking for an Operations Assistant - Wholesale to support our USA & Canadian wholesale business operations. This role presents a great opportunity for someone who is keen to develop a working knowledge of wholesale operations and understand the requirements of doing business with some of the largest premium department stores in North America.

This is a data driven role and will suit someone who enjoys process and data manipulation.

Key duties will include, but not limited to:

• Data Entry
• Order Management
• Act as communication liaison between Warehousing team and Wholesale operations team.
• Assist Senior Operations Manager with various ad hoc duties

The role will begin part time, with a minimum 25 hours per week and candidates will need to have the ability to flex hours higher depending on business needs. This role begin as a 3 month contract role. There may be oppurtunity for this role to become a permament full time role for the right person.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A can do attitude
