The production coordinator will have a good sense of fashion trend, be accountable for the execution of orders by performing responsibilities of product development follow up as well as working closely with our China office to make sure all orders are on time and issued correctly.

  • Manage product development and production process from intial sample to bulk production
  • Maintain and follow up on time and action calender for production, lab dips, samples, fits and bulk production
  • Responsible for accurate and efficient distribution of all outgoing samples to appropriate customers
  • Have the ability to spec garments according to spec sheet to approve pp and fit samples before sending to customer.
  • Manage and track all overseas goods arriving and prepare for all shipping from port to customer through freight forwarder
  • Maintain EDI system and send invoice
  • Production experience required: 2 years +
  • Sweater knowledge is a plus
  • Logistic/ shipping experience required
  • Chinese speaking helpful
