SALES MANAGER - Women’s Better Missy Apparel Brand

We are one of the major Women’s Better Missy Sportswear company based in New York, looking for an experienced Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Create selling forecasts and key styles per season for each account.
  • Manage and exceed metrics set by management to maximize on sales goals/margins.
  • Manage accounts and monitor areas of growth opportunities, advising on sell-through of buys.
  • Continuously seeking new opportunities and expanding major department store, specialty boutique accounts, international accounts and continuously creating growth opportunities and bringing
  • Comprehension in understanding of brand and competition in the marketplace.
  • Work closely with other departments on trend forecasting and direction of future selling seasons, product development, and account feedback.
  • Attend trade shows & markets throughout the year and present current line to buyers with relevant product knowledge. Working with Road Salesmen all over the country a plus.

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Min. 4-6+ years of fashion wholesale account executive experience working with major department stores, e-commerce online stores, specialty boutique accounts and international accounts within the women's better missy space.
  • Existing client list and experience in opening new accounts both domestic and international.
  • Experience working with accounts + buyers of Major Department Stores, Specialty Stores, International Accounts and
  • Strong attention-to-detail and sense of urgency; highly organized.
