CUSTOMER SERVICE - Remote/Work From Home

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Post and maintain job listings
• Written and verbal interaction with StyleCareers.com customers
• Marketing and Sales support
• Field incoming customer calls and emails
• Complete outgoing calls and emails to customer

REQUIREMENTS:

• College graduate. A fashion or marketing degree is a plus.
• Must be a team player and willing to go the "extra mile" for our customers.
• Must be internet savvy. Experience with social networking sites is beneficial.
• Experience with PC's (not Mac) and Microsoft Office OR GSuite products is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must display a "can-do" attitude with initiative and self-reliance.
