Designer / Senior Designer

Designer/ Senior Designer - Women's denim & nondenim/woven designer with a creative vision for trend research, design ideas and an understanding of all aspects in the design process. 

• Research for new ideas, inspirational concepts and market research.
• Sketch CADs and create detail techpacks to communicate design ideas. 
• Full knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop & PLM systems.
• Update CADs & BOM’s after meetings and produce recaps
• Actively participate in fittings, take notes and update techpacks etc
• Work closely with factories to develop samples and follow through all process from design to production. 
• Review and comment on Lab Dips, Fabric, Art, and Trim submits. Must have understanding of denim washes/comments. 
• Regularly correspond with Production/Merchandising/Trim/Fabric R&D/Technical Design teams
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, handling multiple projects and juggling priorities in an organized but flexible manner.
• Work closely with Sales team on meeting dates/Follow up etc.
• Strong time management, organizational skills & problem solving skills.
• Must be proactive with a strong work ethic.
