Sales Manager

 ATM Collection Wholesale team seeks a Wholesale Sale's Manager 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full cycle sales management of assigned major department stores and key accounts
  • Work with Director to develop seasonal projections as well as, forecast sales, markdowns, and margin
  • Collaborate with client accounts to define and execute creative strategies and identify opportunities to drive sales and protect profitability
  • Execute against monthly targets identified and agreed upon by management
  • Collect, analyze, and report on weekly selling 
  • Oversee order confirmation, EDIs, shipping, etc.
  • React to in-season business by executing reorders, swaps, etc.
  • Organize and present market prep and after-market feedback
  • Manage market appointments as well as internal and external follow-up
  • Work with Director to evaluate merchandise assortments, positioning, visual standards, processes, staff proficiency, and marketing tools
  • Conduct store visits, product knowledge seminars, as well as provide competitive analysis to maintain awareness of the marketplace and to influence strategy
  • Monitor online channels on consistent basis

  Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related experience in the advanced contemporary or luxury market, people leadership and management experience a strong plus
  • Strong retail math and analytical skills
  • Men’s experience is a plus
  • Influential and engaging verbal communication/presentation skills a must
  • Knowledge of market and fashion trends, business environment, and competitors specifically within the department store market
