Jr Sales Executive

Midtown established dress manufacturer is looking for a Jr Sales executive or a seasoned sales assistant ready to take their career to the next level. This position is within the better dress division of the company.  Managing two dress brands who’s customers are Macy’s, Nordstrom, Von Maur, Marmaxx, and Burlington among others. This candidate must be independent and can handle all the day to day responsibilities along with managing their accounts.

Job responsibilities include:

• Pulling, compiling and analyzing selling reports from multiple accounts, recap and communicate any actions.
• Update inventory reports, address oversold issues with sales team/allocator
• Enter new cut tickets, follow up with accounts on size breaks.
• Work closely with allocator, warehouse, EDI team, and production to make sure customer orders are shipped on time. Troubleshoot with assistant buyers and our warehouse.
• Complete and confirm customer setup sheets for customers as Macys, HSN, JCP, AAFES, Nordstrom (NUORDER),
• Market preparations and follow through such as linesheet creation, selling recaps, Maintain showroom.
• Manage image and sample requests for all accounts, ensure all images are on customers sites on a timely basis.
• A2000 experience a plus.
• 2 years minimum in wholesale sales, or buying assistant.
• Excellent Excel skills, understand apparel metrics and terminology.
