SENIOR DESIGNER - Menswear

ADTN INTERNATIONAL, One of North America’s leading apparel companies is looking for a motivated SENIOR DESIGNER to contribute and lead in our creative atmosphere. We are fast-paced company specializing in Mens and Boys Apparel. We have an immediate opening for a talented individual who specializes in bringing big ideas to life through knitwear, woven and denim.

Job Duties Include:

• Work closely with the Division President on seasonal shopping and line direction
• Set the Seasonal Trend and Color Direction
• Provide clear design direction for Graphic Designer, Associate and Assistant Designer
• Present and Merchandise the line to Sales Team
• Travel overseas to shop fabrics, research new techniques, and work closely with our overseas partners for proto samples
• Manage special projects and customer requests as needed
• Manage the Design Team’s deadlines and daily tasks
• Attend Fit Sessions to ensure the aesthetic of your designs

Ideal Candiate Must:

• Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant design experience in menswear
• Be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on a Mac platform
• Have the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Have excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
• Be collaborative and have an eagerness to teach and foster growth in your direct reports
