SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are a Fashion development and design firm offering a full suite of services and have a solid portfolio to pitch large clients and land large contracts. We cater to fashion brands, entertainment, and hospitality groups.
Your role will be to manage clients and develop clients. You will also work closely with team members to address client issues, updates, reports, and coordinate any deliverables.
We need someone to guide clients through any issues or updates as required.
You will need to be available for phone calls and messages as clients need and for weekly team calls to coordinate issues or updates to be solved or recognized.
You must come in with excellent business strategy skills and communicate efficiently and effectively to clients. It's always about ROI for clients, so you have to manage the account and liaison between other team members when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Respond, engage with clients and accounts as needed
- onboard new accounts and manage
- Work closely with Team to understand prospect needs and for continued knowledge development
- Expand sales in potential accounts by evaluating current product results, identifying needs to be filled, and introducing new products and services
- Deal with any clients onboard and manage accounts
Essential Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of business development or customer service or client management
- Excellent written and oral communications skills for continually building rapport with new accounts
- The capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to a value that can be provided by our agency
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and needs of internal and external customers
- Facilitate troubleshooting and resolution of any problems while having strong objection handling skills
