About Boll & Branch:

Scott and Missy Tannen started Boll & Branch in 2014 to bring better organic cotton sheets to the world at a fair price. Today, we’re a company of nearly 100 people, headquartered in Summit, New Jersey, with a second office in Manhattan. We’ve expanded our initial offering of organic cotton sheets to a growing assortment of 300 ethically and sustainably made home items, each one designed to improve the lives of makers and consumers alike. Our company, like each of our products, is Crafted for the Common Good.

At Boll & Branch, we value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgment, empathy, and positive energy. We come to work each day with a real passion for our jobs because when we do our jobs well, our community benefits. The organic farmers and skilled factory workers we work with are paid and treated fairly, and our customers sleep more soundly on best-in-class bedding. Humanism is at the core of our philosophy for sounder sleep, and we’re immensely proud of the impact we’ve made in our nearly seven years in business. In 2019, to propel our growth, we raised $100M from L Catterton, a leading consumer goods private equity fund. We also are expanding our retail and wholesale footprint. While the heart of our business lies in the direct-to-consumer online model, we also have three retail stores around the country as well as a partnership with Nordstrom in 20+ locations to reach consumers everywhere they shop.
