Sales + Operations Coordinator
SALES + OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Full time in NYC office
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with founder and senior account executives with key account sales and management
- Help develop and execute innovative sales strategies to grow the business
- Coordinate customer service and sales support for wholesale customers
- Coordinating sample requests to our external sales team and wholesale customers
- Manage aspects of our vendor compliance and new account set up with retail and e-commerce partners
- Work with specialty and boutique retailers to build and create new wholesale relationships
- Liaison with our warehouse: work with our fulfillment centers and shipping partners to make sure wholesale orders, e-commerce, and drop shipping orders are successfully shipped
- Analyze sales performance and evaluate inventory levels
- E-commerce management: manage online listings with our retail partners, and inventory levels across multiple sales channels and wholesale marketplaces
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in wholesale sales and/or operations
- Intermediate Excel skills, familiarity with Shopify, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic. Can-do attitude, self-motivated, passionate and comfortable taking initiative independently
- Extremely detailed oriented, organized, driven, with an entrepreneurial mind set
- Knowledge of the fashion, gift, and beauty industry
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
