Sales + Operations Coordinator

SALES + OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Full time in NYC office

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with founder and senior account executives with key account sales and management
  • Help develop and execute innovative sales strategies to grow the business​
  • Coordinate customer service and sales support for wholesale customers
  • Coordinating sample requests to our external sales team and wholesale customers
  • Manage aspects of our vendor compliance and new account set up with retail and e-commerce partners
  • Work with specialty and boutique retailers to build and create new wholesale relationships
  • Liaison with our warehouse: work with our fulfillment centers and shipping partners to make sure wholesale orders, e-commerce, and drop shipping orders are successfully shipped
  • Analyze sales performance and evaluate inventory levels
  • E-commerce management: manage online listings with our retail partners, and inventory levels across multiple sales channels and wholesale marketplaces

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in wholesale sales and/or operations
  • Intermediate Excel skills, familiarity with Shopify, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic. Can-do attitude, self-motivated, passionate and comfortable taking initiative independently
  • Extremely detailed oriented, organized, driven, with an entrepreneurial mind set
  • Knowledge of the fashion, gift, and beauty industry
  • Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
