E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBER

Shiraleah, a designer and distributor of fashion products, is seeking a candidate who has the skillset to manage different functions within the company. This is an incredible opportunity for a young, fashion interested candidate to be a part of a growing company and learn all the different aspects of running a fashion business.

The candidate will spend approximately one-third of their time managing a variety of e-commerce drop ship platforms, one-third of their time invoicing outgoing orders and prepare them for the warehouse team and one-third of their time assisting and being mentored by the company’s VP of Sales.  The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience and a willingness to dive in and learn a lot in a short amount of time.

The right candidate will have strong computer skills and a willingness to learn our systems and learn the ins and outs of a fashion business.  This position has room for growth into different areas after 1-2 years.

About this opportunity: Working closely with the rest of the CS team, this position will 1) spend the mornings downloading orders from our largest source of online orders 2) spend the afternoons invoicing and processing credit cards for outgoing orders, and 3) fill in the rest of the day assisting the VP of Sales. 

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Downloading drop ship orders from various 3rd party platforms in conjunction with Account Managers.
  • Invoicing and processing credit cards
  • Answering customer service phone and email inquiries
  • Assisting and learning from our VP of Sales

This position is a critical part of the Customer Service team ensuring orders are processed and shipped with payment correctly.

The ideal candidate should have order processing, customer service and computer experience; enjoy multi-tasking, have an incredible attention to detail, a strong understanding of how to bring efficiency to their job, strong communications skills and a willingness to learn. Shiraleah, LLC is based on the North side of Chicago Chicago just 3 blocks from the highway, blue line and Metra stops. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour with health insurance, paid time off, matching retirement and bonus potential.

COVID-19 considerations:
This is a work in the office position and safety protocols for all employees is strictly enforced and must be adhered to at all times. This position will have its own office space where routine cleaning is done and in the future could work part time from home.
