SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - Off Price / Clubs/Discount
Bioworld Merchandising NY is expanding our sales team.
- This position will require an ambitious individual who has recognized and adapted to the profound changes in the market.
- This position is designed to leverage knowledge of the market, price points, product development, license experience and a curated point of view into serious market penetration.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years sales experience with apparel and / or accessories
- Strong Off-Price sales experience and market knowledge
- Ability to creatively merchandise and sell multiple products from a sales perspective
- Possess a distinct skillset to work with people at all layers and levels successfully
- Ability to visualize and communicate strategic goals
- Ability to navigate in a cross-functional team environment.
- A trained eye for the elements of design: i.e. color, proportion and balance as well as aesthetic detail
- The ability to be flexible and bend to daily needs and requirements in a positive fashion

Responsibilities:
- Strategize, plan and develop new and existing business across multiple market channels
- Develop strategy, assortment plans and pricing by analysis of past business, shopping market and other retail stores and determine assortment by season
- Synthesize current designed product into a market ready collection reflecting trend, price point requirements, competitive analysis and innovative thought
- Utilize effectively internal systems and protocols to effectively navigate operational requirements for timely action on all fronts
- Collaborate with internal team on product development, licensing and custom project opportunities - manage projects to time, cost and revenue parameters
- Interact daily with Creative, Inventory/ Planning, Global Sourcing/Domestic Vendors and Technical Design to fine tune planning and execution.
