POSITION PURPOSE

The Associate Design will assist with the execution of seasonal collections, fabrications, and colors that maintain the brand identity. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  • Assist with the creation of tech packs for seasonal collection: Using CAD to develop new seasonal products and create tech packs based on seasonal purchase orders for e-commerce, wholesale and other points of sale.  
  • Spec samples for submission to factories for seasonal production     
  • Assist with tracking and reviewing raw material samples for seasonal collections    
  • Maintain Print Code database and National Code For Print (NRF) Codes   
  • Perform competitive market research and trends   
  • Prepare catalog and line sheets of seasonal collections to be used by the graphics, social media and wholesale departments      
  • Responsible for reviewing all files submitted to factories for seasonal production    
  • Performs other duties as assigned
