Account Service Coordinator

  • Enter and maintain orders for sales team as needed
  • Review ATS and minimize over-solds, work with production and sales team to resolve oversold when possible
  • Proactive and foresee any possible past cancels due to issues such as port delays and credit issues
  • Run reports daily and ensure accuracy of orders, inventory, and work with sales team in maintaining accuracy of on order
  • Review the ATS report and work with the team on maintaining accuracy of report
  • Work closely with routing and allocations team
  • Manage and prepare recaps for external business reports
  • Work with the AR team on releasing orders in a timely manner
  • Keep constant communication with AR on any chargeback related issues and provide documentation needed to confirm or fight chargebacks
  • Create and maintain price adjustments, markdowns and credits for review to sign off.
  • Load and maintain data in Walmart partners portal (Retail Link)
  • Special Projects

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Candidate must have an innate sense of urgency towards customer responsiveness.
  • Ability to work independently. Sets appropriate priorities to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Handles multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated.
  • Work is accurate, timely and complete.
