Operations / Logistics Manager - $70-$100K DOE

Handling all warehouse allocation and routing
Order management
Managing the workload of the warehouse
Works with warehouse’s CSI to coordinate all orders are picked and shipped in a timely and accurate manner using the open order reports as guidance.
Enter All ASN’s prior to shipping
In charge of all invoicing
Communicate with the sales department on any issues/extensions needed on orders that will miss delivery
Creating work orders to the warehouse for orders that needs to be serviced in the warehouse prior to shipping
Maintain strong lines of communication between EDI dept, internal teams and Warehouse contacts.

Job Requirements:

Experience working in a Wholesale Apparel industry environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an operations team manager
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks concurrently with no supervision.
Familiarity with AMT the ERP system is highly preferable
Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain deadlines
Positive attitude
