PRODUCTION ASSISTANT / COORDINATOR - Outerwear

Q4 Designs.LLC is looking for an experienced Production Assistant/Coordinator for outerwear.

OVERVIEW: 

The Production assistant will support production team by performing responsibilities of creating POs, receiving pp/top/sales samples, and delivery follow up

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 2-7 Years prior experience as Production Assistant/Coordinator level.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills- both written and verbal.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the product development process.
• Proficiency in MS office, strong emphasis on Excel.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRODUCTION ASSISTANT/Coordinator level: 

• Initiate and update style master - Create and consistently update all information in system throughout process and distribute to appropriate parties.
• Purchase order entry, maintenance and tracking with overseas vendors for on time delivery
• Consolidate total order q'ty of sum of buyers pre-order and e-com and assist size breakdown based on sales direction
• Oversee the efficient flow of materials and products between factories, material sources, and internal departments
• Manages the procedure for PP, sample for retail buyers,
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing merchandise

EDUCATION: 

• Bachelor's Degree
