Associate Marketing Director

Bishop + Young, a Los Angeles based women’s fashion brand, is currently seeking a creative + dynamic Associate Marketing Director. 

We are looking for a candidate with experience in e-commerce marketing and management of website content.

We are excited to bring on someone who is excited about the fashion industry, and brings a keen artistic eye to the team. 

This role reports to the President/ Founder and will work collaboratively with the design and sales teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Adobe Creative Suite essential - Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
  • Direct Marketing experience in designing for Email, Social, SMS and Web
  • Experience with Shopify, Klayvio and Joor/ Nu Order platforms is a plus
  • Experience creating marketing and campaign ideas 
  • Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Self-leading and motivated

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Conceptualize and create assets for IG, Instagram stories, IGTV
  • Create assets from homepage design homepage assets, category pages, site banners, and landing pages 
  • Optimize site visual merchandising and content strategy to increase site conversion 
  • Analyze and report on quantitative and qualitative insights on product performance, sell through and site metrics, making actionable recommendations for improvements
  • Upload and categorize new products, enable/ disable sales and promotions
  • Manage image asset and create seasonal digital line sheets 
  • Assist in production of photoshoots as needed (typically 5-6 yearly)
