LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

• Tracks all inbound shipments from our vendors to our warehouse, both to US & Canada
• Receives all shipments into A2000
• Complete month end reconciliation with the Finance Department
• Maintains compliance with cross functional team members in Production, Customer Service & the warehouse
• Follows up with any chargebacks & overages/shortages to ensure vendors are following company’s requirements
• Verifies invoices for payment
• Assists the Receiving Department by advising them daily/weekly of all inbound shipments to help with workflow
• Experience with handling all FOB and DDP shipments
• Min 3 years apparel experience a must
• Comfortable with HS codes and tariff look ups
• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
