PRODUCTION MANAGER

One of North America’s leading apparel companies is looking for a motivated, organized and experienced Production Manager who can work in a team oriented environment.

Job Description: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years in the needle trade industry. Experience with US retailers is a must. Extensive knowledge in men’s, ladies, childrenswear garments is needed. Excellent knowledge of Production (from fabric, trim to CM), private label, strong knowledge and experience in the production process, fit/specs, and garment testing/regulations (inclusive of children's safety protocol) and US retailers’ compliance for garments and factory is required. Candidate must partner with overseas makers to meet goals.

Tasks include daily production follow up, working with makers on all T&A from start of the order, coordinating with design team for tech pack & spec accuracy, working with QC for all inspections, ensuring on time delivery, daily overseas communication. Must be willing to travel overseas. Must be able to multitask, handle deadlines and possess excellent communication skills. Only those with industry experience should apply.
