Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative director and the team in researching, designing, and developing new styles for each season. Including trend research, color, print, and graphic themes as well as fabric, embellishment, and trim sourcing

• Design product for active wear as well as casual sportswear markets
• Create beautiful CAD sketches with multiple color options
• Strong print & graphic skills 
• Create prints, graphic artwork, and embellishment treatments
• Generate tech packs including specs, artwork size, and all detailed style information
• Create presentation materials; boards, handouts, booklets
• Handle daily production approvals of lab dips, strike-offs, qualities
• Prepare production submits for account approval
• Attend fit sessions

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of private label junior design experience a must
• Knowledge of print, screen print, embellishment, and graphic techniques
• Knowledge of fabrications and trims
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, detail oriented
• Ability to take direction, multitask, work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to anticipate and take the initiative to get the job done right
