WAREHOUSE / DISTRIBUTION MANAGER - For Apparel and Textiles

Our client is an Apparel / Textile manufacturer. We are looking for a well diversified Distribution Manager for our expansion plans. 

This position requires an extremely perceptive leader to manage and motivate the team. Must command respect in a time cost and control environment. Integrity and a passion for performing quality results in a fast paced environment. A leader that can plan, organize and control the entire operation.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years experience as a manager for an apparel/textile manufacturer or third party service 
• Knowledge of conducting inventories
• Honesty and integrity, without an ego
• Proven track record
• Speaking Spanish or Farsi is a plus
• Fluent in Microsoft programs including Excel or Word

III RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES

• Maintaining and/or restructuring all the phases and stages of the receiving and shipping process
• Encompassing receiving, processing and fulfillment, stocking, pick & pack, order processing, quality control, maintenance, freight routing and negotiations
• Monitor, motivate, train, hire and/or dismiss when necessary
