What's expected (includes but is not limited to):

  • Ideate and define new product developments and enhancements to achieve profitability.
    • Drive product launch calendar and timelines
    • Set wholesale/retail price strategy
  • Analyze competitive/retail marketplace and consumer trends and utilize information to drive product development and sales.
  • Track sales data, analyze, and present to sales in order to drive business objectives and goals.
  • Work with customer service teams to address customer queries promptly and support the building of strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure brand-appropriate in-store experience (packaging, POP, and displays)
  • Select and support participation in industry events (tradeshows, partnerships, pop-ups, etc)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
  • Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

  • 2-4-year degree in fashion merchandising, marketing, sales, product development, or similarly related field is highly preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in brand or product management
  • Experience with baby and/or children's products
  • Experience with cost up margin analytics and data analytics 
  • Experience assortment planning
  • Experience leading cross-functional working groups to achieve common goals
  • Experience presenting to various audiences
