About the Role:

• You will need to be an ambassador for the brand.
• Demonstrating a real passion for the brands culture.
• Managing the store team in providing exceptional standards of client and customer service.
• Training the Sales Associates on how to build lasting client relationships.
• Always making sure to uphold the brands image and values.
• Overseeing the shop floor to the highest standards.

Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in a retail boutique/ department store management
• A passionate and dedicated store individual who can work closely managing a team, to drive success
• Able to demonstrate exceptional customer skills
• Act as an ambassador for the brand at all times
• Passion for the luxury industry
