Social Media Manager
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Develop, plan, acquire and execute content strategy for all social channels - Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
- Plan social strategy launch efforts for new product launches/campaigns
- Ability to deliver creative content tying into popular holidays, events, licensor activations, etc.
- Build influencer network and maintain meaningful relationships that benefit creative acquisition
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution for dear John denim social media, including ongoing/daily brand posts, social campaigns, platform management, and consumer engagement
Qualifications for Social Media Manager
- 3-5 years of social media management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in the Digital + Social Media industry, preferably with a fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand
- plus if you are proficient in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, etc).
