About the Role

Autumn Adeigbo is looking for a talented and highly-motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Founder. In this role, you will be the liaison across the design team, production team, operations team, and web developers, etc. You will represent the brand to communicate with retailers and customers. You will work directly with our fearless and visionary CEO and Founder. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who is a system thinker, extremely detail-oriented, and a self-starter. Experience in the fashion, e-commerce, consumer products, or retail industries a plus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about impacting the lives of women across cultures and embracing sustainable practices in their lives.

You’re Excited About This Role Because You Will…

  • Work directly with the CEO/founder: you’ll provide administrative support to the CEO/Founder. This includes calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel scheduling.
  • Represent the brand to provide excellent customer services: place orders with our production team, track orders, and respond to all customer emails
  • Manage office operations: you’ll help set up the new office in Los Angeles and maintain daily office operations
  • Coordinate across teams: you will help coordinate between different departments e.g., sending press to wholesale partners and website designers, managing the materials for the bi-monthly all hands
  • Be part of many fun and challenging projects
    • Organize trunk shows
    • Create product knowledge materials
    • Manage celebrity requests
    • Manage sample inventory
    • Gather customers testimonials
    • Upload catalogs

  • You have a breadth of experience: 3+ years of full-time professional work experience in a similar role
  • You have exceptional project management skills including confirming, verifying, and tracking moving parts
  • You are a self-starter and can manage time appropriately and meet aggressive deadlines 
  • You are a team player who operates in a fast-paced environment while remaining efficient, proactive, and highly responsive. We are a fast-growing fashion startup!
  • You are flexible and can adapt to unexpected demand and changes of a fast-growing company
  • You have a passion for helping others and finding creative solutions to problems with a “no task is too small” approach
  • You have a positive and can-do attitude
  • You have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Shopify
  • You are based in Los Angeles, one of the fashion capitals of the world
