DESIGN ASSISTANT

DESIGN ASSISTANT FOR KIDS' DIVISION

Just For Wraps, Inc., has an immediate opportunity in our Kids’ Division for an experienced DESIGN ASSISTANT. Must be an enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Photograph and tag new development samples
• Update new development folder in the system
• Create detailed flat sketches for patternmaker as requested
• Create line sheets and CADS for Kids’ line
• Recolor existing bodies
• Write and receive sample fabric pos
• Create tech packs as requested
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by dept manager.

Minimum Qualifications-

• Graduate of a fashion school
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a MUST
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Advanced knowledge of fabrics across categories
• Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization
